The Impact of Knowledge Management Processes on Innovation Implementation: Nigerian Manufacturing

The Nigerian manufacturing industry significantly influences national economic diversification and growth. However, it faces several challenges, including insufficient infrastructure, talent shortages, foreign direct investment. study investigates how KM processes impact innovation in the industry. We surveyed 424 manufacturers found that better (acquisition, creation, application, sharing) lead to improved implementation. results demonstrated considerably impacted implementation sector. Knowledge acquisition, sharing, storage all have a favourable effect on ability. findings emphasise significance of adequate information flow, investment research development, technological capabilities for promoting innovation. This shows link between practices outcomes has implications improving competitiveness sustainability. A work environment prioritizes continuous learning, collaboration, technology knowledge management would be beneficial.
